Am I reading it right? Says he dived for a penalty that wasn't given? I don't remember him getting booked, in which case the FA can take action can't they (as the ref didn't deal with it during the match)?

What a nob. I hate diving but sometimes you keep your mouth shut. He didn't dive for the one that was given tho.

They should now give him a 3 game ban and a massive fine!

Same old Arsenal always cheating!

Omg of course its football. I haven't seen the dive so couldn't comment but every single player on the pitch would dive if there was enough contact to make it look bad. Fair play to him for coming out & saying it.

And yes Jake, it is football & if you think otherwise you're very naive. I don't agree with it though.

Its definatley football. These days all attacking players are told to go down if theres contact. Every team does it. Its part & parcel of the game. Not a perfect situation but its life i'm afraid.

Walcott should've said nothing because he looks a cock now but anyone who slates him I assume supports a team who has never had a player deliberatley go down after unfair contact.

Diving when theres no contact is a disgrace though.

Still being referred to as a youngster.

In my experience of reading the press, if you are a bit shit you are still referred to as a youngster. I don't recall Rooney, Ronaldo etc still being called youngsters at 21..

He's a dud that is only getting played because of the amount of money spunked on him.

He has blistering pace and basic football ability, nothing else. Those types of players have good games now and again and look like world beaters than the rest of the time sit on a bench kicking their heels because when push comes to shove they aren't good enough. He is one of them.
