Just go in and see whoever you got the phone off. Phones 4 u seem to bend over backwards for me everytime i go in. Ive broken my phone by dropping it in the snow just called them told them it was my fault and im not insured and they have still told me to come in at 2 today and i can pick a new phone. If you go in and tell them you want to go to another network im sure they will sort it out just to keep your custom.

Got it from the orange shop. Sick of it having no signal and receiving messages hours after they were sent.
Want to go to another network, Just got to find a decent one!

Ah unlikely the orange shop are going to happily let you move to another network
I think you have to pay a fee to get out the contract early.

Must say i agree, i've noticed sometimes calls dont connect or people try and ring me and goes straight through to voicemail even though i have signal and texts not going through straight away. Moved onto 3 now and not had a problem

Won't they make you pay the remaining months line rental to get out of the contract?

glad to hear its not just my orange signal that is really poor then
i have exactly the same problem with texts mate, seem to get them hours later, and the reception with them is shocking, my contract was done through the orange shop as well, I tried to cancel mines but they said I would have to pay the line rental till the end of the contract.
best of just waiting till the end of contract mate then cancelling it, i dont even use my phone that often and my bills are coming in at nearly £70 each month, I will be cancelling my contract as soon as its up and getting one of the free simcards from o2, put a tenner in a month and get unlimited free texts and 100 free mins, saving 60 quid a month doing that sounds good to me

Add her as your magic number and you will pay £0 if your bill is higher it will more than likely be phoning 0800 etc numbers for your bank/insurance company etc.
If not you are simply on the wrong plan for your usage. If you ring the customer service number which is free they will advise you how to bring your bill down.
