Does anyone know roughly how many miles you should get from a full tank £40? And also what revs should it roughly be doing at 70 mph?

Not sure if this will help at all.. but my B has a 1.2 C SXi engine in, does 150-200 to £25-£30, and the mph bit would depend on what gear?

I get 270 out of a tank usually in the 1.4, 320ish at a push, so i'd say a little bit more perhaps?
Also would depend on whether it's the early 1.2 or the later twinport as they're supposedly more economical?

My B sxi did 3500rpm at 70mph i'm sure.

Mrs has just bought an SXi Twinport. Does 3.5krpm at 70mph. Fuel. Better than her 1.4 16v Fiesta she wrote off. Worse than my Corsa B 12v used to be.

EDIT: She's done about 200 miles and put £25 in it.

I always used to consistently get about 325 miles to a full tank IIRC.
