well to make a x16xel engine into a x16xe engine , i know the xel engine is a 1.6 bottom with a 14 top ... or something like that , but it doesnt have a air flow meter, would you need to change the loom or what ?? its currently in a corsa ??

an x16xe dosent have an air flow mete either, just swap the head and inlet.
