Well I ended up getting a A3 Quattro 1.8T, Golf 4mo was too much on insurance and there wasn't a great deal else that I liked. So went down to London to buy this yesterday
After a quick wash today
Needs a general bit of TLC, few issues need sorting but generally its alright. I have got a few plans, but nothing major this time (although may go for 300bhp + in the future)

Brett, no damage on the 1/4er, bumper is fooked, but ones already getting sorted in the bodyshop, bottom part is going to be colour coded while its there

How many miles are on it? Has the Haldex been serviced regular?

service history to about 60k is really good, but its a bit hit and miss after that. It had a full engine rebuild about 4k miles ago though, I have one of the old pistons at home, which has a valve well and truely stuck in it!

Theres a few little dings around the car, but nothing a dent man shouldn't be able to sort
If the weather is good next weekend, it will get a much better wash, sort the engine bay out and clean up the seats. Give the paintwork a good polish as its really dull at the moment
