hi there, on my c20xe i really need a new sump gasket and keep looking at the baffle plate version which ive been tolds better, ive been tolf you need different bolts when fitting them, why is this? are the old ones to short? to long?

ive seen the baffle plates for sale and also these on ebay

i wondered if these would secure the baffle plate or are they just pretty bolts that are going to rot and round at some point and cause more issues?
