i know a re-bored throttle body made a good difference on my old Vectra V6.

Unless the TB is enlarged, it won't do anything at all!!!

In essence all thats doing is smoothing the internals for a better flow,this can be done with wire wool and elbow greease.If your on a budget and looking for a noticeable difference Id go for bike carbs pal
