How often do you have time off for drinking and whats the longest you have gone?

A few years ago I went 3 months due to some medication I was taking. I developed a taste for Apple & Mango J2O!

Tomorrow will complete my month off the booze following a busy few months,

In Sept was my 30th, I woke up the next day and I had fallen out of bed in the night landing on my laptop. Expensive night I had my mates stag do in October followed by my other mates 30th 2 weeks later. I November I had a few works nights out which went on in to the early hours of the morning. Then not forgetting NYE.

I've said I would have a month off in the new year for several years now but never do it! Saved myself a fair wedge too!

I was going to do the whole of January, till last night.

Really haven't noticed anything different, waste of valuable drinking time.

Had 3 days without drinking this week! longest i'd been since November i'd imagine.

Don't have any problems, go out early, home early at the moment as i've got work at 6am. Usually 8 pints or so in a 4 or 5 hour night, once or twice a week.

Have 2-6 cans of carling at home most nights otherwise

Dont seem to drink as often as what i use too (use to basically go on a weekend bender every single weekend). Not i go out maybe 1 friday of saturday in every two, but seem to get absolutely shit faced. Dont seem to have no control. I just drink drink and drink untill its time to go home, or they stop serving me.

Longest is probably the 6 days in a week which aren't Friday.

Usually go for a pint after work. If I miss that I might go out or have one in my house.

So to answer the question, really never.

Not sure why you need to cut it out completely. It's no more harmful to you than drinking non alcohol stuff in the wrong measures.

I do have some medication where I can't drink on that but it's not a regular dose and I've not needed it for a while.

Been 3 weeks since ive been out on the piss. Tend to have a beer when i go to football though.

About 3 weeks is the longest ive gone completely dry. Did that after i came back from 7 days of solid drinking in maga so it balanced out

1 week since I was about 14 or 15.

Very, very rarely drink through the week. Only if Celtic are in Europe or some other special event. Don't have any issues, costs me a fortune but apart from that I don't have a problem with it.

I've given it up all together recently. I didn't drink much before for a few reasons. If I drank it'd be on the odd night out or works do's, so I didn't drink between. But because I didn't I can't drink much before being pissed and spewing I also hate having a hangover. I don't miss not having a beer

i have a pint every wednesday on pool night.

then get pissed pretty much every friday and saturday!

tbh i am in my local pub near every single night but only drink on the wednesday and the weekend. i go in to play pool, poker and have a laugh. its just where everyone goes for a bit of banter.
