Well picked up the BMW i was looking at.
Flew from Bristol to Glasgow then got a taxi to the garage, checked her over few bits i wasnt to happy with but all minor issues, Paid for her then drove 400 miles home
Left Glasgow at 3pm got home at 9.30 so wasnt bad going and i did stop for an hour in Manc for a KFC hit!
Only got a pic i took with my phone the other day, nothing to Special, Just a 330 CI Sport with the full M Pack and optional sunroof. Covered 80K, previous female owner, interior is in good condition (full black leather), loving the heated seats so nice to drive, feels strange having torque after the Honda overall performance wise im very impressed! however my wallet will feel the damage if i have a heavy right foot!
Swapped all the indicator bulbs for clears, replaced the side repeaters as they were faded not got any plans apart from tidying bits up & probably add facelift rear lights, all in all quite please for 4.6K! lot of car for little money IMO.
Oh and the Harmon speaker system is pretty awesome for OEM! 10 speakers

Yeah to be honest a £35 easyjet ticket was cheaper than driving a 100 miles or so to look at another! worked it out at about £80 fuel to get it back too

Nice. Keep thinking about getting rid of my Audi for an E46. Would have to be a 330 too

£10k is getting into m3 money for that age, usually about £4-5k seems the going rate.

Nope I've got the standard BMW business one without Bluetooth and CD changer in the boot.
Radio reception on it is fantastic and better than any aftermarket stuff i have had in the past.
Only thing i would change it for is one of those dynavin units, they look Oem and have sat nav/dvd playback/mp3/ipod etc cost about £400-500
If i decide not to change it I will probably get a dice unit which lets you connect your ipod to the head unit via the cd changer cables, you can then control it from the steering wheel/headunit.
Tom - One of the other settings was hunched up as far forward as it was go, foul play in the back perhaps
