my xe wont start ive had it running drove it turned it off and wont start again,
just keeps cranking over but wont fire up- but did once after cleaning the plugs now wont again.

ive checked to see if its sparking and it is
ive got fuel so

also ive fitted a new battery,HT leads,spark plugs and plus ive got a spare ecu

i removed the fuel rail clean the injectors and it started 1st time :s but still stuggling to start

did the timing belt set?
check it
and open one of spark plugs see is there any feul in piston
if there feul that the injectors ok
check spark plugs did they sparking
if they sparking ok
then
it may be over feul that make the engine not running

timing is spot on its sparking and there is fuel but still just turns over

i dont know it was running ok for 10 mins but tried to start it again the next day back to square one just keeps turning over

ive been told by my friend ex vauxhall mechanic saying it could be the crankshaft sensor

up date ive replaced the crankshaft sensor and coolant temp still no joy and there is no fuel coming out the injectors

is your fuel pump relay clicking / your pump clicking when you turn your ignition on? the relay can be tempremental, ive had 2 now

i can hear the fuel pump priming tho and am not running relay just switched ignition live to the ecu and the fuel pump

am gonna replace the return fuel line and get a new fpr am see if it work after that.

look mate
as your say you hear the fuel pump work check
is there block in fuel pipe line
is there fuel in tank
is the injectors work (you can check them easly by wiring anormal 12V lamp in one of injector plug and turn engine and see if the lamp lighting)
