I've got this idea, not sure if it will work.

TX 3" c20let tophat and run air filter on other side, you will need to extend air flow sensor wires though

i noticed no difference changing from ecotec pipe to powercap yet on my cav going from standard sfi box to ecotec pipe it felt less responsive! wierd

Ecotech pipe gives marginally more torque and is off a vectra iirc. Plus there's no need to cut chunks out the bodywork.

Mines has powercap fitted and bulkhead isnt cut

Never seen one without part of the bulkhead removed or twisted out the way.

So bearing in mind bulkhead is already cut what's best?

Because the Sfi box is a good design compared to the powercap/ecotec pipe.The latter is only to make the conversion into a Corsa easier.

Anyway i vote fit the Sfi box.Needs a bit modification but can be done.
