Was pouring last night so didn't even notice until I'd been through it and it had destroyed my tyre.

Not the best place to be caught out in the rain changing a tyre either.

Was a massive bang, going over a stone is a massive bang in that ibiza so you think you've hit a wall after you've went through a hole like that.

He reported it and put his claim in towards the beginning of Jan and its still in the process.

With evidence such as yours, I don't see how they can't pay out.
