I need to figure out how much force is created when in an accident:
Man 90kg falls off his motorcycle travelling at 30mph and hits a wall..
What does his weight translate into at the point of impact? So if he landed on his arm what weight would be subjected onto his bones?
Maths aint a strong point

you dont take that into account when its traveling at 30mph. if it said was accelerating to 30mph that would be different as your not at a constant speed

Take into account the deceleration from 30 - 0 though. Plus i think all speeds need to be in metric, m/s iirc

I don't think deceleration comes into account as it's the force of the initial impact.

The impact deceleration would come from the impulse. Ft=m(v-u) hence the force = (90(30mph-0mph))/time of deceleration
(Mph converted to meters per second)
