Being serious:
- multivitamin
- echinacea capsules
- litre of tropicana
- tracksuit and woolly socks
- bed overnight

Cold/manflu annihilated. Only time this hasn't worked for me turned out it was a lung infectiion, and when you're coughing up blood its ok to go to hospital imho
