It wont be a direct swap fit but anything is possible, you could try and make or get made a plate which has vxr stud pattern on one side and c20let stud pattern the other side, but then you would have the hassle of the exhaust connection too, but i have read up that the k16 turbo are alot better and alot better to tune etc as the vxr turbos dont last as long.
