Not the most exciting topic in the world i know lol but when you lot are at work what do u lot have for lunch? Been eatin alot of fast food recently like McDonalds, pizza etc but i'm tryna cut down now cos of all the high cholesterol. Thing is having sandwiches everyday can get pretty bland everyday as well what do u guys usually have?.

My mum packs my A Team luchbox with a Sandwich, packet of Wotsits, a wagon wheel & a flask of orange squash ( no added sugar or else i'll go hyper in the playground)

Quick question guys, change of subject bit lol - how the fcuk can you get a complete flat stomach?!
I've been tryna cut down on the shit but is it all down to doing exercises or bit of both? Everything in the gym is reachable like gettin big n that but gettin a flat stomach is so bloody hard!
