Basically to modify a car in photoshop, all you gotta know is how to use color layers, feather, and thats about it mate.

It takes a while to learn phtooshop, but im a web designer so im using it everyday and you pick up things like this, will maybe take you couple months to get the hand fo things, and maybe year or two to master, but the problem is that adobe keep bring out updates with new features, just as your getting the hang of the old ones!!!
