Tonight
Blackpool v Spurs
FC Copenhagen v Chelsea

Tomorrow
Marseille v Manchester United
Arsenal v Stoke
+whoever else

Giggs, Anderson & Rio have all stayed at home due to injury, With Park & Valencia being sidelined aswell it leaves us with a bit of a winger crisis again, it may be no coincidence that Fergie took the future Zidane with him to todays pre-match press conference so it looks likely he will be starting tomorrows match. Personally i would much rather see Rooney play out on the left, or even Push Evra up on the wing and play Fabio at left back than use Obertan, or BeBe.

DJ campbell 2-0

Can't see spuds retaining their Champions League place at this rate, although saying that we were 2-0 down at half time to Blackpool, De Ja Vu?

United are going 4-5-1 with Rooney playing out on the left wing, which i expected, although i am a bit shocked to see Gibson an O'Shea are starting instead of Scholes & Rafael

Man Utd were looking alright, with the exception of Carrick. Nani should invest in some studs for his boots also.

bayern have just snuck a winner.

Marseille looked all right, but always wanted the draw, think they got away with the pull back on rooney at the end though

Ignoring the fact you missed THE biggest game last night (Lancaster City Vs Chester) I'd just like to add that the President's Cup is a Micky Mouse competition and Chester didn't want to win it anyway.

Looked comfortable last night, too comfortable. First half we looked in control but they came at us in the 2nd half, last 5 or 10 mins we were under a bit of pressure. I don't think we tried hard enough to score, just defended well with the intention of getting a draw and then finishing them off at home. I don't like that, we should go for the win every game regardless of who it is.

There was some good passing, everyone played quite well. But Carrick can't even do simple passing any more, the amount of times he gave the ball away is stupid. He has been like this for at least a year now.

Do we risk them in the final to enhance our chances of winning a cup thus sacrificing them for the game at Barca where the inevitable is likely to happen regardless of team selection?
