Thank GOD, a MK1 Golf that hasn't been "rat" looked or some other shit. They look awesome in standard form, very nice mate I would like to see more pics and specs

Cheers guys! Yeah Ronson im not into any of that rubbish. Might spend some money making it perform slightly better, I much prefer the standard looks though.

It's widely recognised as the original hot hatch, without it, you wouldn't have had any of the modern ones

It's light, revvy, has no driver aids, no power this, no integrated that...

Still regarded as one of the top ten beat handling front wheel drive cars of all time. In fact, evo magazine tested it with loads of other fwd stuff and it was better than some more modern cars.

It is genesis. THE hot hatch, THE GTI.

Each to their own, but it looks perfect in my opinion. Although a little bit lower could improve it but I wouldn't bother trying.

if it wasn't such a clean original looking car, i'd say 40mm springs/shocks and 16v 9a conversion... but it is, so don't do anything to it
