i dont think so theres one outlet on the side of the head i think goes to the bottom of the header tank well thats where mines fitted to

yes one of the outlets goes to the header tank.
one on the side of the head should go to the right hand heater matrix pipe

one from side of head goes to right heater matrix on car
one from bottom of water bottle goes to the nearest outlet on rear plastic pipe
other outlet on plastic pipe behind engine goes to left heater matrix on car
