Hi all , Fairly new too all this ... was just wondering if i could fit Escort RS cossie wheels on my 1.6 sport..... The wheels are 16" 4x100 with 25mm offset i think ...... cheers Text Black

yeah i looked into a while ago, even looked at getting the wheels modded to fit, but 4 mm of difference is alot
You could look at adapters but those wheels are already wide and would be close to the edge of the arch, with adapters they would be sticking well out, you could possibly have the hub adapted.

You can have the wheels re drilled.
The raceline RL7's on my V6 Corsa came off a escort cosworth rally car.

thanks all, may think about getting them re-drilled (wheels not hubs).... my allesio 2s are coming back from powder coat soon so looking foward to that .... just wanted to try be a bit individual

wheel re-drill will be anywhere from £200-£300 but potentially could look very good
if it was me i'd get the ford logo smoothed out of the centrecap tho, something slightly strange about ford wheels on a vauxhall

Pitch circle is one worry, I would be more bothered about 8" of width in that offset. They're going to stick out about 80mm.

better idea to look at the replicas if your hell bent on fitting them
i.e. mondeo si rims 16" or escort gti15"
|
