Who has owned a V6 corsa?

What are they like in terms of performance? In relation to a standard let corsa

Standard LET Corsa will be quicker.More power and torque.

3.0 V6 with some basic mods will see over a 200bhp and 200lb/ft which would be a better match for a standard LET.

far too much weight up front i'd say & a let would piss it in all ways i think.

how much extra weight is the V6 over a 2.0 turbo.

i bet no one on the corsa enthusiast club actually knows a proper answer it will just be a repetition of something jeremy clarkson once said about a fwd car

Isn't that V6 MUTS off here? Only a guess, would make sence seeing as the plates mut and it's a v6 lol. There's a bright orange 3.0v6 round my way, looks and sounds amazing, he used to drive a round with a 300 bhp let amazing pair of sounds together that was, there's not much space in the bay to work on a v6 remember

It's my car. I raced a standard let and pulled on it slightly so about the same but obviously it's easier to tune the let.

V6 with F20 weighs the same as an LET with F28 so weight isnt THAT much of an issue.

Also the V6 has more weight hanging towards the rear,so in theory,it should actually handle better than an LET Corsa.

what is this "handling" people talk about, never known a corsa to have anything different than any other car tbh, its not got handling it just handles like a car imo

Can't say it was any better than my escort or fiat bravo

Yeah the handling leaves a lot to be desired to be honest in any corsa, especially one with 200bhp+ i quite like the unpredictable nature of it though

Obviously I'm biased but the sound of a v6 swayed it for me when I got it in the first place

i think being able to have "turbo" in your username makes the LET worthwhile
