Had the bonnet painted last week, and blew into the wings, also did mirror caps.








Gave it a clean yesterday and took some decent snaps.















Next up is rear window out for the boot painting and a service. Would also like to get a set of Brembo's soon and later on some better cams, but for now its quick enough

Get a quickshift on it, the standard shifter on 106's is sloppy as fuck, feels like you're threading a slug into a slot machine. Mine had a few inches either way, it was perfect.

Very nice example you have there though, makes me want another 106

how much did painting cost from bodyshop, just interested to know wot places charge for job like that, looks nice job :-)

Haha, alredy got one on it

See what your saying Rick, doesnt usually look bad. It will prob end up having a full re-paint over winter anyway. Sort any little niggles. Just done the front at the mo cause there was some bad stone chips.

I work in the bodyshop so cost me nothing sorry i cant help on that one!

front end does look totally different to the back, did they blow into the doors?

overall looks ace, is a very nice example

How do you find this compared to the sri mate?? Or is that a silly question? lol,

I have a 1.8 sri now, and tbh im not that impressed, it isn't bad but really prefer my B!

Mate has just got one of these, fast little bastards!
