how much do you want to spend? to get a head on solid lifters, with double valve springs, steel caps, arrow solid lifters, shims, cams, verniers and shimming theres about £1400 + maybe porting, new valve guides etc.
then any cams that run solid lifters will have too much lift for stock pistons so then its steel rods(cheap enough now to buy) and forged pistons.
let me know:
1. budget
2. use of car
3. power you want/revs you want.
and if do go throttle bodies id strongly suggest using my mates to supply/fit especially from what ive seen from other peoples work.

Might be better off with milder cams.
But a Type C manifold, and a 2 1/2 system is also a good idea.

you will have more fun with an xe corsa than an LET, mate broke his 400+bhp LET corsa and im now building an all steel xe for him, car was ok in a straight line, but even with a dif etc wasnt anywhere near as much fun as a decent xe.
