Looking to buy a new car where the keeper has since passed away. His nephew (my Uncle) is an Executor to the persons Will/Estate.
Is it sufficient for my uncle to sign the V5C along with a covering letter and then send off to the DVLA?
Anyone else bought a car from a dead person and had any issues?!
