i had a speeding ticket through yesterday, so i'll have a fine and 3 points. is it true that if you have any points in ure first year u get a years ban and have 2 start all over again?
cuz i thought it was 6 points in ure first 2 years, but my old man said he checked yesterday and its any points at all in ure first year

i was slowing down to go into a 30 from a 70 zone! and the bastard van was right on the begining of the 30 zone. so i wasnt speedig rly, just going from one zone to another and slowing down!

it aint like i was ripping it thru some b road and ther was a static camera on the road. i was slowing down from one speed zone to another

Supposed to slow down before you enter the 30 zone. Not slow down after you have entered it.

I got done after driving for 5 months, and was fine! Make sure you go and produce your documents if they ask though!

I tried to produce mine during the week they give you, but as its only a temp. police station they were never in. Ended up just leaving it as tried about 15+ times and tried ringing, leaving noted and messages!

Got a court summons through about 4 months later, and had another week to produce them. Did so, but the fuckin police didnt send it through intime, so they gave me 6 points. Luckily they admitted their fault and are taking 3 off!

Your fine to drive with just 3 in first two years, get six and your banned until you pass your theory and test again!

yeah its still 6 points, sent ma test pass certificate away last tuesday.
