I'm in need of help, parked at college today and went back to my car to find someone has hit the side,
the paint is deeply scratched so no chance of T-Cut working its magic and the got the girl on CCTV
I'm not being sexest here just need simple advice.
do i claim on the insurece or what... any feedback would help thank you

can you see the girls reg plate on the cctv? go to the police with the tape if you can get a copy sure she can get done for a hit and run type thing its like criminal damage init? then if you get her do it all through her insurance why should you have to pay the price

They're do fuck all about hit and run because no-one was hurt...
Just go to the police and get them to get in contact with her, nice and civil but a phonecall from the police should shake her up from driving away without leaving details.
When you get in touch with her, go competely through her insurance and don't inform yours.

You'll have to pay your excess and if she doesn't admin liability you'll loose your NCB.
Go through hers or private, don't touch yours

Ok, but how can she say no .. theres CCTV footage of her crashing but how i deal with it going though hers? ring them up. or she ring them i get her a quote?
