Yes they will, the subs will be a lil under powered but still sound nice, also WRONG FORUM!

its better to under power subs coz then yuool get better quality ive a 700w 12incer with 600w running it well clas

subs should be overpowered with gain on amp turned down for optimum performance - u canm then tune the amp to the subs distortion points etc etc
