It doesn't say what the engine size is but he should just do what me and my friends did when we started driving and drive 1.0 and 1.1's for a couple of years first

Not that amazing tbh to make the papers. It's being going on for years. I think legally they have to offer a quote but they inflate it so high you never take it up. I'd love to call them up and say yeah ok 'DD or cheque' and watch them panic lolz

I spent about 3k on my first car.

Insurance is crazy for young drivers, thought it was bad enough when I started driving.
