It's a window out job.
Assuming it's a 3 door Corsa you're talking about.

The window will have to come out then i'm afraid.
I had the same problem with my Corsa after the respray. I removed the seals and left the windows in.
Luckily when I was having the rear window replaced I stuck the window fitter £10 to remove and rrefit the quarter glass with the seals.
