i imagine this is more detailed questions/conversation about the role or just another quick interview just so they can get another fresh opinion of you to help when deciding.
For my job at argos first part was more the team exercise then the second interview was more info about the job and more to get to know me.
for the job im currently in the second interview lasted 5-10mins as it was literalyl just so they could remember who i was and what i was like got offered the job about 2 hours later
good luck though

I had roughly the same earlier this year. Thursday week one I had the interview, same time Thursday week two I got the offer.
First interview was a bit less technical / detailed but both broadly followed the same lines.
Quite often its so that a range of managers to interview you rather than just one or two so that they can make a more informed choice.
Good luck anyways.

More technical interview. Probably competency based so thinking about the biggest tasks / responsibilities undertaken to date and consider the following:
* How did you plan major assignments
* What resources did you need e.g. staff requirements etc?
* How did you assign work?
* How did you manage the Operation?
* What systems / equipment have you used / familiar with?
* What problems have you encountered during Operations?
* If so how were issues resolved?
* Did you have to train any members of staff?
* What experience do you have liaising with clients?
