Was in the garden earlier, got this tree/hedge, its trunk is about 5 cm diameter, grey bark, its got spikes all over it and if you cut it its yellow inside? any ideas?
Anyway long story short i spiked my leg on it, right in my calf muscle, was very slightly bleeding but not much, pulled the thorn out thought nothing of it but ever since, (about 8 hours now) my calf muscle has been really painful and has swollen up, starting to wonder if this tree/bush is poisonous or something

I havent got a clue what it is, but I have been stung by that before in the garden. Made my shin swell and sore, then my leg started leaking a yellow sticky liquid too but it went after a few days, no harm.
