are these manifolds too low to the ground on a b lowerd 60mm front and soon to be 80mm rear?

Are what manifolds too low?

And that picture doesn't show one that I would say 'catches' - more one that gets smacked!

Yep, would be sat on the floor, plus thats the worst mani to put on a 16v imo.

421 is best mate. 4 into 1 like in your link is too low. catches everything lol. (thats basing it on my car which is on 15's abd lowered 60mm

As above, 4-2-1, more money than a 4-1 but much better ground clearance and much better for engine torque.

cheers, yeah, thats what i thought. but searched ebay for one for the x16xe and no luck.

Ignore the pic in the second link, its a mild steel 4-2-1 manifold for 1.4/1.6 16v's. Thats the only ones I can think of now though.
