Trying to put my mind at rest about taking a new job but the commute is putting me off a bit.

What do you all do mileage wise for your commute to work and roughly what are you spending a week.

Too used to having my work 10 minutes down the road!

47 miles each way (96 a day) 4 days a week. £65 a week

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

6 miles each way, so 240 miles a month, about £30

edit - if I wasnt such an unfit sweaty bastard I would do the same as Simon and burn off 600 calories a day biking there and back

110miles per week - probs about £15-£20 in diesel.

Was doing 300 until I moved and in TT that was costing £60 a week about £35 in the Golf.

Company car. Because the car is so economic, and we pay a very good rate per mile, the car and the fuel works out to be more then free (i actually make a profit on it )
