Yeah all above board.. Ill explain;
I work for Bupa and they're running a competition only for Bupa employees. They have a site called Bupa Live that's used as like a corporate facebook and I need people to click on "like" for my competition entry so I can win

It's only open to Bupa employees though and I don't have much dealings with many other employees on a day to day basis
