from what shell corsa??genearlly you will need
engine
gearbox f16 f18 f20
mounts 2 front mounts if 16v 1 if 8v shell
gearbox spacer may or may not need this
modifyed gearlinkage or lmf quickshift
exhaust to mate to c20xe manifold
get a twag conversion loom for wiring much simpler
service items
timing belt
water pump
oil filters plugs leads etc etc thats about it i think

Rad and pipe, fan, Eco pipe or powercap, if it's a 8v new petrol pump.

conversion hubs and bearings and a good suspension setup to take the extra weight
