hey all, this is my van project thread. I bought the van last year as it was in good condition with engine troubles, its a Mk4 2000 X old ish but it had only done 79k there is not rust on it at all. The headgasket had supposed to have just been done, but the oil was still creamy so we took the engine to bits and it had been bodged, so the head went of for skimming only to be told the insector sleaves were fooked so they were replaced along with the oil cooler timing belt water pump even more. So I have just set about repainting it hopefully ready for PVS its got a irmscher backbox ive lowered it 30mm and put some Kei alloys on. Ive purchased a replica GSI front bumper rear spoiler gsi style headlights and a few more things, so heres a few pics will update as I go along

These vans look mega when there modified, Vauxhall got it so right with the Astra G! Look forward to some updates
