It's the wife's birthday at the end of the month and want to plan a nice day out.
I was thinking of Chester or Edinburgh. Edinburgh is a but far really.
Any suggestions from you guys which is 2-3 hours drive from Manchester with plenty to do?
Vague I know

Yup she loves animals, And i suppose we could go into Chester afterwards.
What's in York to pass the day Gary?
I doubt we'll be sampling the nightlife though.
Thanks guys
