Is anyone here aware of the JDM film "initial D" released a few years ago?

At one part in the film one of the guys is wearing the worst jumper/jacket combo i have ever seen and Ive made it my ambition to try and find one, but I'm having zero luck. I know there are some fashion people on this website if you could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
