Right chaps need some help with this one...
I have a 2001 Vectra Sri with a x20xev fitted, engine was running lovely and not overheating etc and no funny noises but noticed that the oil and water had mixed in the dipstick/oilcap so i sent the car to a garage to get the headgasket replaced and head skimmed etc.
I got the car back today and it seems to be misfiring and is making a knocking noise throughout the revs, the knocking isnt the tappets(there knocking aswel but its not them im worried about,although they didnt tap before car went to the garage)
What would cause this?
No EML light but car doesnt feel/sound 100%
