just taken a closer look at the bumper and just seen when i had the girl hit me a while back she paid 500 pound privetly.. i have noticed they said that they would replace the bumper and spray with correct colour ... looks like some touch up job the crack the filled in and the pin still snapped just superglued in the thing... what can i do as it was a month or two ago now ...

Hello,
replying to you email i had my car fixed at yours in April the week commencing the 10th, i was told that the bumper that was fitted and "quoted" in the claim would be new, today i had started to notice bulge in the paintwork...
looking at the bumper i have seen that this has not been replayed simply refilled and sprayed if not just sprayed over, i have taken a look at the pin's that was snapped of and sure to date the same pin's remained snapped.
i would just like to say i am very upset with the quality given,
quoting from your site "deliver total satisfaction to each customer" the work that has been done i just feel is not correct and not right to do.
Yes, it had been an insurance claim and the money was settled by cheque from Mrs. Taylor herself.
The standard you have given is not great and I’m not happy.

If you had the choice to go through the insurance but choose to deal with it privatly then you won't be able to take much acrtion against them but if your desent about it with them you might get somewhere
