Well it's been a long time coming tbh - due to the weather ruining plans in the past, this was 3rd time lucky!

After sitting in storage over the winter, Sam's Corsa was in need of some TLC to bring it back up to scratch and get it ready for show season. A stage 3 valet with clay bar treatment was chosen.

Upon arrival - nothing horrendous, predominantly light traffic film and dust:



















Engine bay first, Autosmart G101, agitated, rinsed, plastics dressed with Autosmart Rubber & Plastic, metal work tidied with Autosmart Tango.

Tyres, arches and door shuts cleaned and degreased with Autosmart G101. Tyres later dressed with FinishKare Top Kote Tire Dressing, Door shuts with Autosmart Tango.

Wheels cleaned with Autosmart Smart Wheels.

Paintwork foamed with ValetPro Orange Pre Wash, then washed via 2 bucket method and Espuma Astro.

De-tarred with Autosmart Tardis, and clayed with Bilt Hamber soft clay.

Polished with Autosmart Platinum, and topped with FinishKare FK1000P.

Glass cleaned with Espuma Crystal Green, Exhausts polished with wire wool and Autosol.

Interior thoroughly hoovered, mats shampooed with Autosmart Brisk Low Foam, plastics and vinyl seats deep cleaned with Meguiars APC, plastics then dressed with Sonus Cockpit detailer.

2 heavy showers later, we were left with the following:























and of course the obligatory beading shot after the rain

Wheels are in dire need of a refurb so were cleaned up as best as they could be

nice job. wouldn't pay a pro to polish clay wax my car but i would for a machine polish.

Drivers door is a replacement eBay jobby as the original got smashed up by a lorry on the way to Trax, hence the rust and lack of black pillar. Have got some vinyls I've yet to fit as a temporary measure though.

Fucking hell Sam, haven't spoken to the lad for a good 6 months. Car has come along brilliantly and this has just topped it off! Both keep it up.
