How anyone can leave Henry out is mystifying

Also, Arsenal 2003/04 team of the decade by far

Thought Rooney would have made it in ahead of Shearer, Rooney has scored more goals than Shearer this decade atleast.

admittedly Henry is a legend, but no that Arsenal team wasn't as good as the United 09 team, I'd say collectively the Premier leagues managers opinion is far more valid than either of ours too.

Granted Utd won the European Cup and the Prem that year but they lost games goddamit

Actually agreed re. Rooney over Shearer too if its a decade thing (altho surely this should have been 2 years ago if so, 2000-2009 )

I can see he makes liverpool a better team ..... but lampard has the best record of any midfielder since the premiership began, he has more goals and assists than most strikers...8th place in the all time league goal scoring list. Carling opta also has him at top of the pass completion list and top of the pass per game list since the premiership began.

Obviously - suprising to me though...cant argue with the rest of it though ...although I would make a case for henry instead of shearer on record

I can understand putting rooney in there but you couldn't leave out the highest ever scorer in the PL. Maybe i'm bias though

With that logic Cole, Fowler, & Owen would have an argument for being up there?

No, they aren't shearer. Shearer is the best.

But in all seriousness, they didn't get anywhere near his totals did they? You're talking nearly 80 goals difference

Nearly the whole team is full of Cheaters, The diving Variety: Gerrard, C.Ronaldo & drogba, then the off the pitch cheaters: Giggs, Terry, Cole & Shearer [Rooney should be in there too]

I'd class Scholes as an incompetent tackler rather than a dirty/cheating one, as he has never been able to tackle
