how hard can it be to make a balance payment? well very bloody hard if their is a foreigner on the other end of the phone couldnt understand a word he was saying and after half hour of trying to pay my balance off he decided that their were a problem and he couldnt make the payment, so i am now say waiting for someone else to ring me back, no doubt another foreigner

yeah i really should shouldnt i

i wouldnt mind but they have had problems with their site for 2 months now preventing me logging in and paying it online

Well maybe if people in this country could be arsed working we wouldn't have to get foreigners to come in and do the job instead?

Only thing I'd say in defence of Chloe is that when I tried to pay Willay by Balance Transfer, it wouldn't let me via internet banking because I hadn't used the balance transfer function for over 6months. I then had to call HSBC direct to have them set it up again which kind of defeats the object somewhat

i called them back after 2 hours of waiting for them to call me and the person managed to pay it straight away
