Right guys i need help, i got a standard 1L Corsa C and on a very tight budget. Any tips on cheap but effect things to make the car look better/perform better?

Perform better I would give up on, it's not a great starting point.

Looking better does rather depend how it currently looks, you got pics?

i really like that colour, personally i'd say drop 40mm, will give you better handling and look better, de-badged grill, remove bump strips, and im affraid i dont know about improving handling on 'c's but i wouldnt bother with performance when it's only a 1.0

Black SRI wheels with a sensible drop, de-badge it and keep the plastics looking brand new, take the bump strips off the doors and get some CS stickers in the windows

Drop it spray them wheels black tint ya windows see if ya can get hold of a imrscher splitter for it same colour as car debadge the grill aswell jobs a banana shaped fish!!
