Wat could I do to shorten 3rd gear

Find a gearbox with a shorter 3rd gear, Wont be easy, and your have to strip the box and swap stuff.

change the final drive to a higher ratio so all the gears are closer.

Easy to do on a smallblock gearbox too.

My 1.6 gose really well 1st 2nd 3rd it drops off the cam an no power for 3 seconds or so til it come back on cam 4th an 5th r mint
