get a T piece and a fuel pressure regulator

Not needed because the carbs have they're own bowl, when the pump/regulator gets to a set pressure it stops pumping, till it needs more fuel.

I had mine venting to the atmosphere.

Ye ive got a regulator for the carbs but thats for the flow ye? and just block off the return

when i got my carbs for my xe from Bogg Brothers, thats what they told me to do and it ran fine

flow went to one part of the T piece, return to another and the third went to the regulator

only real way is to try whichever way you want and see what happens?

what stops the fuel from going down the return instead to the regulator, if it works fine how far was your regulator from your 't' piece, cheers for info am fitting all this for my mate

Don't bother with a T just block it off.
