Need some new rear tyres on my car, had the KU31s before and they were perfect. Now it seems Kumho dont do them anymore, does anyone know what they have replaced them with and if they are any good?

Or can anyone recommend anything? I haven't bought tyres for ages so im a bit lost with it all now! In the past I've also had the standard bridgestone re040 and Eagle f1 thingys and found them both pretty crap on the back, the F1s are quite nice on the front though (seem to be a softer compound for some reason?) so thats whats on there for now.

I struggled to get KU31s around 6 months ago. Went with GY Eagle F1 GSD3 and they are brilliant. Only £47 a corner too for 195/45/15

I bought a full set of GSD3s and the fronts were a different compound to the rears. Fronts are stamped made in Germany and the rears China

Yeah you can buy them still. They have discontinued GSD3s too but they are still readily available from most places.

Sessanta's are the fucking spuds, drove an R8 on a trackday with them fitted, easily better than the Pirellis that come as standard. Instructor agreed that they are pretty much the best performance road tyre about too.
