I am Mrs Specimen Valeria Koné, a Canadian citizen. I am married to Mr Joseph Kone, the former personal assistant to the former Ivory coast president Laurent Gbagbo. Due to the political pressure and crisis in the country, my husband and the former Ivory Coast President, Laurent Gbagbo, are under arrest. I have been able to contact the bank through my husband's representative, who lives in Paris France. |He has promised to help me get the funds out of the bank very soon. This is why I am seeking your assistiance to help me and advise me on which area I can invest the money. This is the only thing that my Husband left behind for me and my children. I can not bring such an amount to the United States because I do not want anybody to know where I am right now. I have done my research and found out that your country is a very good place to invest. He also explained to me that it was because of this wealth that he was posisoned by his business associates,that l should seek for a God fearing foreign partner in a country of my choice where l will transfer this money and use it for proper investment purpose ,that I must finish my university education by the help of a business partner abroad,that he or she should help me obtain a resident permit in his or her country.
He also gave an out standing instruction to the bank that the fund must be transfer and invest outside this country,this is to make sure that I did not begin to make use of the money here so that his enemies will not get at me, I am now ready to do all these since my father my bread winner is no more.Please l am honourable seeking your assistance in the following ways.
