Right basically i applied for a job a few months ago and i had an interview for the position on friday. The interview went very well acording the agency that got it for me and i was told by the actual employer i should hear back within 2-3 days.
The job is to be made up of 10 people in a small office. I have since heard nothing back from either the agency or the employer with regards to the job.
I checked on the employers website and the job is still open on there and there was also a recruitment event within the office yesterday.
I have gone into the status section on the careers part of the website and it says "Application status currentlly on hold" does anyone have any idea what this means?
A few people have told me various things and i would just like some advice from people in the "Know"

Phone the company up and ask? Shows your interested and if they say you were not successful then do what james caan says and ask them why they didnt choose you.

The post was a joke using the fact that a retard school has people within it refereed to as 'Special'.
I used this to highlight how many specialist tools a Ferrari would require.
Clearly you are missing the point of a joke by identifying the mistake. Although the word I used incorrectly can be deemed as acceptable based on dialect which varies across the Country.
Such as in Yorkshire, the word 'The' is often emitted from sentences and such.

The mistake in my post was the word 'then' which should of read 'than', clearly a spelling mistake which you highlighted.
